MyWiLS Training Webinar and Q&A Session

WiLS is pleased to announce that MyWiLS is now ready to use! MyWiLS is the online subscription management portal for the WiLS Cooperative Purchasing Program. Check it out here!

Current WiLS Cooperative Purchasing Program members should have received a username and password via email, along with documentation on how to use MyWiLS.  If you didn’t receive that information, please contact Coop Info at .

To learn more about MyWiLS and to answer some of your questions, WiLS will be hosting some training videos/webinars.

What can you do with MyWiLS?

• From now on, you won’t have to send back PDF order/renewal forms for cooperative purchasing. Every time new pricing becomes available to you, the appropriate contact will receive an email inviting them to log into MyWiLS to view the pricing and submit the subscription and billing preferences.
• You’ll be able to access current and past order history for up to two fiscal years (July – June) for your record keeping purposes.
• You’ll be able to view and update your institution’s information as well as contact information.
