Participate in Money Smart Week!

Created by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2002, Money Smart Week is a public awareness campaign designed to help consumers better manage their personal finances. Programming is unique to each state and is geared towards adults, teens, and children.
Join organizations around the state in supporting and celebrating Money Smart Week, April 23-30th, by participating in the Money Smart Week Big Read. “Start Saving, Henry” by Nancy Carlson has been selected for this year’s Big Read!
Check out 7 Money Smart titles via Wisconsin’s Digital Library through May 15th. The titles from Harper Collins are available for simultaneous use and there is something for every reader from children to teens to adults.
To access these titles, please visit the WI Digital Library and go to Featured Collections in the top left corner. Click on MoneySmart Titles and check out any or all titles.
Join over sixty Wisconsin libraries, schools, and other organizations that are participating in helping develop financial literacy in our communities, and be sure to check out the events to support it going on around the state.
