OCLC learning opportunity: Collaborating to Create Boundless Collections

On Tuesday, October 15th, from 9 – 3:30 PST, OCLC is offering an event live streamed from Loyola Marymount to share the stories of “unique collaborations” that “test  the boundaries of current practice” in sharing collections.  Speakers from Occidental College, Orbis Cascade Alliance, Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries, Western Regional Storage Trust, and more, will share their experiences.

Pay only for the articles you need, when you need them.  WiLS has partnered with ScienceDirect to get a significant discount for it’s members.  WiLS institutions pay $19.50 per article; a savings of more than 30% under list price!

All article purchases already include royalty fees, so for that flat price you get instant, copyright compliant, content for your users.  WiLS will bill your institution quarterly only for the articles you’ve downloaded.
