Bloomsbury Architectural Resources + Fashion Central Special
Bloomsbury Architectural Resources
Bloomsbury Digital Resources is highlighting their architecture resources in January. In particular, we’ll be talking about Bloomsbury Architecture Library and eBooks available on Bloomsbury Collections.
Bloomsbury Architecture Library is a new digital platform created for the study of architecture, urbanism, and interior design across world cultures and throughout history, offering access to a carefully curated collection of fully searchable text and image content.
Bloomsbury Collections delivers instant access to quality research and provides libraries with a flexible way to build eBook collections across the humanities and social sciences. It contains over 6,000 titles, including many architecture titles both standalone and in sub-collections.
Bloomsbury Fashion Central
Bloomsbury is also offering limited-time special pricing on Bloomsbury Fashion Central, their hub for interdisciplinary research in fashion and dress. They’re offering discounts for WiLS members that are even better than our usual deal with them.
WiLS is able to offer great discounts on these and all Bloomsbury Digital Resources products. As always, reach out to Jeff Brunner () for trials, pricing or more information.

Going to ALA Midwinter? Share with us and win!
If you’re attending the ALA Midwinter conference this month, keep an eye out for new or innovative library products that WiLS should know about. We’re always on the lookout for what’s new in the library world for possible inclusion in our cooperative purchasing service. But no one from WiLS will be at this year’s conference. So, we’re looking to you to share anything cool or innovative you see from the vendors there. Sharing with us will enter you into a drawing for a $10.00 Visa gift card!
Entering couldn’t be easier. If you learn about a new database, eBook platform, streaming service or anything that you think WiLS should know about, snap a picture of it! Then, send the photo to and you’ll be entered into the drawing. Later in November, we’ll select a winner from all of the entries.
Not only do you stand to win $10.00, but you’ll be helping to boost the signal on something new and exciting for WiLS members. It might even lead to a new consortium purchase!
