We have group rate agreements with two downtown Minneapolis hotels for Sunday, August 17 and Monday, August 18. Please note that you will need to make your reservation by Friday, July 18 to receive the discounted hotel rate. When you make your hotel reservation, identify yourself with the Upper Midwest Digital Collections Conference group.

Distance from Conference: 0.4 miles from the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis campus (about a 10 minute walk)
Cancellation Policy: Any reservation guaranteed by the guest not claimed on the scheduled arrival date or cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, will forfeit the one night’s advance deposit, which will be billed to the credit card on file.
Parking: Parking is available for guests at an overnight rate of $15.00. Parking is limited next to the hotel, but across the street there is a public parking facility that has a rate of $13.00 for 24 hrs.
