Cooperative Purchasing Advisory Committee (CooPAC)

COMMITTEE CHARGE

This committee will advise WiLS on the cooperative purchasing service. Specifically, this committee will:

Provide feedback and information related to cooperative purchasing from their perspective and the perspective of their library type.
Provide input into licensing, pricing structures, and other terms that WiLS negotiates with vendors on behalf of members.
Review service fee structures and advise the board and staff on appropriate and sustainable models.
Advise WiLS staff on potential new service directions and developments.

The committee will consist of at least one representative from each member type represented on the WiLS board.
