WiLS is considering IGI Global for inclusion among our vendor partners and putting their resources in front of members for feedback is an important part of that process. If you’re attending the Charleston Conference next week, keep an eye out for new or innovative library products that WiLS should know about. We’re always on the lookout for what’s new in the library world for possible inclusion in our cooperative purchasing service. But no one from WiLS will be at this year’s conference. So, we’re looking to you to share anything cool or innovative you see from the vendors there. Sharing with us will enter you into a drawing for a $10.00 Visa gift card!

Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. has reached out to WiLS as a potential new vendor-partner. WiLS’ process for evaluating potential new partners includes a period of evaluating member interest. That’s where you come in!

IGI is proposing an EBA model whereby member libraries have sixty days’ access to all IGI e-books and e-journals. At the end of the period, each participating members will select which content they’d like to keep going forward based on usage, local needs or any other criteria.
