Webinar: Shared Collections for Academic Libraries

Last week, dozens of academic library members responded to our survey about interest in a shared e-book collection. One potential partner on a shared ebook collection is OverDrive. Please join us for a free webinar from OverDrive exclusively for WiLS academic library members.

During this presentation, Rob Rando and Jeff Brunner will go over the ins-and-outs of the how OverDrive is supporting academic library partners with a product walkthrough. Additionally, we will go over exactly how a shared collection would work for WiLS academic library members. This presentation will include a scope of the collection, pricing details, and selection models.

Finally, we will share how consortium members will be able to provide a fantastic library experience to their students while saving on cost through resource sharing. We’re really excited about the prospect of building a robust shared ebook collection with our academic library members, so please register to attend the webinar!
